Oysters Kilpatrick

4 Servings

24 Oysters, on the half-shell or meat only
2 Large strips of bacon finely chopped
Worcestershire sauce


Note: If your Oysters are have no oyster shell, just place each oyster meat on the baking dish to cook. Shuck oysters and wash to remove any shards of shell if you have the oysters on the half-shell.


1. Arrange on baking tray so the oysters are stable.

2. Place bacon piece on each oyster so the oyster is covered.

3. Add drops of Worcestershire sauce to taste.

4. Place under the grill till bacon lightly browns about 10 - 15 minutes. Then serve as an appetizer or cook more for a main course.
