Shrimp Pate

4 servings

1.5 lbs Medium or Large Shrimp, precooked and finely chopped
13 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
6 green onions, finely chopped
2 Tbs fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

3. Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours before serving on crackers.
