Shrimp Salad Sandwiches

4 servings


1 1/2 lbs Large Shrimp, preboiled, peeled, and deveined
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning or other Seafood seasoning
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 croissants


1. Preboil the Shrimp in Zatarain's Seafood Boil or Old Bay Seasoning.

2. Peel, devein, and chill the Shrimp.

3. Cut shrimp in half and combine with remaining ingredients.

4. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.

5. Stir before serving on croissants.
