Makes 2 cups

1 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Dry bread crumbs

1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper.

2. Coat the Seafood with flour mixture, dip into eggs, and then coat with bread crumbs.
