Cajun Dip

1/2 lb precooked and chopped Shrimp, Scallops, or Oysters
12 - 20 oz of medium or hot salsa
4 Tbs Sour cream
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of black pepper
2 Tbs Cilantro


1. In bowl, mix salsa, and precooked Seafood.

2. Chill at least one hour to blend flavors.

3. Spoon into serving bowl. Top with sour cream and cilantro.

Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, potato chips, or crackers.
