Makes 1 cup

1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 Egg
1 Tbs Water
3/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup Yellow cornmeal

1. In a medium bowl, beat egg and water.

2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper.

3. Dip Seafood into egg mixture, coat with cornmeal mixture, and deep fry.
