Parsley Butter Dip

Makes 1 cup


1 cup Margarine or butter
2 Tbs Lemon juice
2 Tbs Snipped parsley
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red pepper sauce


Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, until margarine is melted.

Serve warm as a dipping sauce for Shrimp or other Seafoods.
