2. Add garlic and Shrimp. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
3. Remove Shrimp from pan. Add juice of 1 orange, white wine and Anisette.
4. Cook over high heat until sauce reduces and thickens.
5. Remove from heat and return Shrimp to pan.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with hot rice.
