2. Once the garlic has browned and the onion has become clear, add the papaya
and a tsp of dried thyme leaves.
3. Stir until papaya just starts to go mushy.
4. Dump all of this into a bowl and then
saute your Shrimp in the same saucepan for
a couple of minutes.
5. Finally, cook all ingredients together for another 5 min on low heat.
6. Serve over rice or with thai noodles.
