Prawn and Vegetable Stir Fry

4 servings


1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
8 oz Frozen mixed stir fry vegetables
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Ground coriander


1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan until very hot.

2. Add the frozen vegetables, fry for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Add the Shrimp, garlic, and coriander. Cook for another minute.

4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well and cook for 1 minute.

5. Serve immediately on a bed of hot rice or noodles.
