Serves 2 - 4
2. Add Shrimp in small batch's and shake well to coat.
3. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add shrimp and saute' until golden (5 - 7 minutes).
5. Blend in chiles.
6. Warm sherry in small saucepan, ignite, and pour over Shrimp.
7. Serve over hot rice.
