Steamed Shrimp with Black Beans

2 Servings

1 lb of Large or Jumbo Shrimp, deveined with the shell on
2 Tbs Black beans
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1 Green onion, chopped
1 Tbs Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp White wine
1 tsp Oyster sauce

1. Wash, drain, and put the Shrimp in a pie pan so as to be ready for steaming.

2. Wash black beans two times and mash into a paste. Then add the chopped garlic.

3. Combine remaining ingredients, except the oil.

4. Pour mixture over shrimp. Then pour oil on top.

5. Cover and steam 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
