Sweet Cajun Shrimp

2 servings


1 lb Medium or Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup Catsup
1 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Brown sugar
2 Tbs Vinegar
2 tsp Hot sauce
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Onion powder


1. Combine all ingredients except the Shrimp in a sauce pan.

2. Heat thoroughly.

3. Cook Shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes or until the Shrimp turns pink.

4. Brush sauce over Shrimp.

5. Serve over rice with leftover sauce.
